1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, from third-party integrations, from connected accounts, from devices and browsers, and from service providers and partners.

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, profile photo, password or authentication credentials, account preferences, timezone, home airport, home location, and subscription information.

2.2 Travel and Itinerary Information

We may collect travel-related information you provide, including flights, airlines, airports, hotel reservations, Airbnb reservations, transportation details, event information, travel schedules, itineraries, confirmation numbers, notes, travel preferences, and uploaded travel documents.

2.3 AI Chat and User Inputs

When using AI-powered features, we may collect prompts, questions, commands, chat history, itinerary modification requests, and AI interaction metadata.

2.4 Uploaded Content

You may upload PDFs, screenshots, tickets, confirmations, images, travel documents, attachments, and notes.

2.5 Payment Information

If you purchase paid services, payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. We may receive limited billing-related information such as billing status, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and plan type. We generally do not store complete payment card information.

3. INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH EMAIL INTEGRATIONS

If you choose to connect Gmail, Outlook, or other email providers, we may access authorized email content to identify travel confirmations, detect booking-related emails, extract itinerary information, organize travel plans, generate trip suggestions, and support AI-powered travel management.

Information processed may include sender information, subject lines, reservation details, booking confirmations, travel dates, travel locations, reservation references, and attached travel confirmations.

We only access email data you authorize us to access. You may revoke email access permissions at any time through your account settings or provider account settings.

4. LOCATION INFORMATION

If you enable location permissions, we may collect precise GPS location, approximate location, device location, movement data, geofence events, route progression, and travel proximity information.

Location information may be used to provide travel reminders, estimate travel times, detect trip progression, suggest departure timing, improve itinerary assistance, and support map features. Location tracking is optional and subject to your device settings.

5. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

We may automatically collect IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, app version, usage data, crash reports, interaction events, referral URLs, session information, diagnostic data, and analytics data.

8. AI PROCESSING DISCLOSURE

Certain features use artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. Information submitted to AI-powered features may be processed by internal AI systems, third-party AI providers, language model providers, and AI infrastructure partners.

AI systems may process itinerary details, prompts, chat history, imported travel data, travel context, and structured metadata. We may use AI interaction data to improve AI responses, enhance travel assistance, improve parsing systems, monitor safety and abuse, and optimize functionality. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will always be accurate.

9. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may share information with service providers, integration partners, cloud providers, analytics providers, AI providers, notification providers, payment processors, mapping providers, affiliated entities, when legally required, or in connection with a business transaction.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary compensation.

10. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND THIRD PARTIES

We may use third-party providers to support hosting, authentication, analytics, AI functionality, mapping, notifications, cloud infrastructure, customer support, payment processing, email integrations, monitoring, and crash reporting.

11. COLLABORATION AND SHARED TRIPS

If you share trips with collaborators, shared users may access itinerary details and collaborators may view or modify shared content if permissions allow. You are responsible for managing who you share information with.

12. DATA RETENTION

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve systems, maintain backups, and operate the platform. Retention periods may vary based on account activity, legal requirements, operational needs, and security requirements. We may retain certain information after account deletion where permitted or required by law.

13. ACCOUNT DELETION

You may request account deletion. Upon deletion, certain data may be removed while other data may remain in backups temporarily or be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational purposes. We may require verification before processing deletion requests.

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards including encryption, authentication controls, access controls, infrastructure protections, monitoring, logging, and secure storage practices.
